As of March 2, 2020 Walton County has served notice to all Beachfront Property Owners (except 1 person) declaring recreational customary use on private beach property.
As a Beachfront Property Owner, if you do not challenge this lawsuit the sandy beach portion of your property would be subject to public use, and you cannot decide who may or may not use this portion of your property. This effectively opens a portion of YOUR private beachfront property to PUBLIC USE.
If you have just received your notice, you must respond within 45 days to preserve your valuable property rights forever. Join hundreds of other beachfront owners have already retained legal counsel to protect their property rights. Only you can defend your rights!
